Twin Oaks | Pool & Tiki Bar | 5 Min Beach

The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and covered lanai. Close to the beach and hosts provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagon, etc to make trips to the beach very easy. Highly recommend!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our hosts were super sweet and responded almost immediately to messages. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Adults and kids all loved hanging out in the pool and grilling in the backyard area. We went to Indian Rocks beach daily and it was just a few minutes away. We are already planning on booking here next year! We highly recommend this amazing home!

Great place

Overall the house was super nice! Very spacious! I really enjoyed my trip! However it is a 10 minute drive to the beach and a 40 minute walk which can get annoying especially paying 20 dollars a day for parking. Big overall great experience

This home is truly an oasis! It had the most beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout- which made us truly feel like we were on vacation. It was super clean, smelled great, and the beds were SO comfy. Our kids loved the pool + all the toys/games :) Jim and Christin were such gracious hosts, so helpful & accommodating to our family. We already can’t wait to go back!

My family and I really enjoyed our family vacation this yeat. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more! The hostess was very fast and responsive!

We loved our stay. We were there on a bachelorette weekend and everyone had a blast. There was plenty of space for 11 of us, the location was good, the mesh roof over the back yard was a godsend to keep bugs and leaves out. The place had lots of amenities that were very convenient. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

Great place with lots of amenities, very detailed notes and suggestions of things to do in the area. Super close to the beach which was a huge plus. Grocery store, gas station and drug stores within a mile - perfect for those last minute needs. The outside area and pool were amazing! Perfect to sit outside and watch sporting events by the pool at night. I would definitely recommend and will rent again when I’m in the area!

Deserves more than 5 stars! Well-appointed immaculate property. Upscale furnishings, appliances, kitchenware, grill and many thoughtful amenities especially for the children (games, beach and pool toys). Entire pool and lounge area including the tiki hut and fire pit seating area is screened in (no bugs!) and lighted and so could be enjoyed into the evening. My grandchildren have already requested “the same house” again for our next family get-together with their aunt who recently moved to Clearwater…..we wholeheartedly agree! Thank you Christin and Jim being such great hosts!

We could truly not say enough great things about this Airbnb! We had 9 girls for a bachelorette and all fit comfortably. The house is absolutely stunning and even more spacious than the pictures look! The pool area is perfect for soaking up sun and chatting around the fire pit. Jim & Christin were so incredibly thorough and responsive from the day we booked to the day we left. When we arrived there was lotions, toothpaste, tooth brushes, and swan towels it truly felt like luxury! The location is a perfect distance from surrounding beaches and nightlife that everything felt so easy. We booked chef John per Jim & Christin’s recommendation and had an incredible cooking class (12/10 would recommend). In the event we return to Largo, we would absolutely stay here again !

We had a great stay at Kermay Escapes. The host were amazing and very communicative. Everything was as described.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The place was gorgeous, the neighborhood peaceful and the hosts responsive, friendly and helpful. We had lots of room, the little decorative touches were so inviting, and the beds very comfortable. We spent much time relaxing in the patio and pool area, thoroughly enjoying that. We had left behind a blizzard in the Midwest, so even the cooler-than-normal Florida temps were just fine. Thanks again for a wonderful stay - would definitely stay here again.

Our family of six had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend Jim and Christin’s place! The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a great vacation and looks just like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, very clean, and we felt right at home right away. Jim and Christin provided excellent instructions prior to arrival and were responsive to questions during our stay. We will definitely be back!

What a great house with everything we wanted close by. Great hosts and very easy to communicate with. Back patio and pool was fantastic and loved that every switch and remote in the house was labeled for easy use.

I booked Jim and Christin's place for my bachelorette trip and it was the best decision! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and so spacious for all 9 of us! It was incredible having so many beds and bathrooms to share for a long weekend stay. The beds were also really comfortable, we all slept so well while we were there. The kitchen was large and very clean with the cabinets labeled very clearly which helped a lot to find what we needed. We loved the outdoor space with the fun games, bar, and pool area. Jim and Christin were also so responsive, helpful, and friendly and made us feel very welcomed throughout the whole trip. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet and a short drive to the beach -- but you definitely need to get around by car. Very highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home! Very clean throughout with all the kitchen necessities needed to cook any groceries you bring in. Plenty of space inside for meals and to get comfortable. Communication was good. I will note that the pool was not heated, so we didn’t get to enjoy it much, but the tiki bar outside was fun to hang out and visit under. The home is in a great location. I would recommend and stay again!

Jim and Christin truly go above and beyond to have everything you need for your stay. One of the nicest Air b&bs that we have stayed in! Their directions were clear and helpful, check in was easy, the place was pristine, and the house had everything we needed and then some. The pool and tiki bar area were the highlight of the trip for our group. There was no need to ever leave the house. Highly recommend!

Spacious, clean, and great hosts!! All the amenities you need!

We were in town for a long weekend with some friends and start to finish the stay was amazing. They’re very quick to respond and super friendly. You can tell they really enjoy hosting with thoughtful personal touches throughout the house to welcome you and make you feel at home. The home is gorgeous with super comfortable beds plenty of space very peaceful and comfortable and spotless clean. Everything you need is there and labeled to make it easy to find and the linens service is great with all the towels and bedding smelling nice and fresh. It was pretty cold weather so we didn’t get to enjoy outside too much but it’s a great set up, we were able to have a fire one night while watching a game it was perfect. Highly recommend staying here or any of their other properties - they’re such nice people and the house feels like a home, not just a place to house a bunch of people on a trip. All around fantastic stay !!

That level of care really stood out and made us feel so welcome. The house itself was beautifully decorated—stylish and thoughtfully designed—but still incredibly comfortable and relaxing. It felt like a true home away from home. The pool and lanai were highlights of our stay; we spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space, whether relaxing during the day or unwinding in the evenings. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Tampa/Clearwater area. You won’t be disappointed!

This home is amazing! 🤩 We’re family of 6 with an 8 y. o kid and a senior from NJ felt in love with it! It is absolutely stunning and feels like at home. So cozy, every detail is right to the point. Wood dining table for family gathering, rain shower and bath chair. 🥰 outside heated pool, TV with grill and tiki bar was our favorite hang out area during cozy nights! We never met such a welcoming host like Christin and Jim. Christin was very very nice, answered all our questions and even stopped by to show how the outside lighting works. We were cooking every night and could not wait each time for our dinner at this home! Now I want this shower at my home, those plates, lightning, outside TV, speakers and many more amazing details this house has. Amazing atmosphere and interior and how house is supplied and everything! Very thankful. 😌 🙏

I'm originally from St. Petersburg, and my wife and I both agree-Tim and Christin's place is hands-down the best spot we've stayed at in over 20 years of coming back home. The price for our week was reasonably priced , and they really thought of everything you might need. Anytime we had a question, Tim replied within minutes. Perfect vacation home. Positive: The property is fantastic! The pool area is absolutely huge, everything is spotless, and the entire place is in excellent condition. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the supplies are fabulous—everything you could possibly need. Highly recommended!

AMAZING! I cant say enough about this home. Everything in the description was correct! What my family valued most was...More than enough seating for our group of 12, TVs in every room with tons of channels, kitchen stuff/coffee ect was provided, new appliances, comfy beds, plenty of hot water for showers, soaps/shampoo provided, the home was decorated so professionally, patio/pool area gave the feel of an expensive resort, pool was clean and many floats and pool toys were provided, pergola had a fire pit table with very comfy chairs, with lots of recliners and seating, there was plenty of parking available for our large group. Also there are plenty of nice restaurants, shopping and the beach is less than 10 minutes away. My family and I use Airbnb often for travel, and I can honestly say this is the best over all place we have ever stayed in. Jim & Christin have provided everything you can ask for in a home away from home. Best vacation ever!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. The house was fantastic—so clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of taste. We’ve never stayed at an Airbnb with this level of detail: complimentary presents for the guests, a personalized welcome message, and complimentary toiletries. The house was designed to ensure a truly enjoyable stay for its guests.

This was the first time I had a host call and check up and make sure we where good to go! That was awesome!!! Place was very nice and didn’t need anything!! Highly recommend and to them Great Job! We enjoyed the stay!!!

If you’re looking for a great place that has everything you would need, look no further. This home is tastefully decorated, has all the accoutrements of home, comfortable and close to everything. The pool/patio area is spectacular. You get good sun during the day and the lighting at night is beautiful. The Tiki hut is a fun place to congregate if shade is your thing. There is plenty of room in this beautiful home for a large family or group. It’s close to shopping and of course some of the best beaches the west coast has to offer. Finally, if I could give the hosts 10 stars I would. They were extremely accommodating with all of our requests. I would definitely return and highly recommend this home.

We arrived 9/6 after a 21 hour drive from Illinois! From the beginning Christin, and Jim were very responsive. We had everything we needed. We told them we were getting married while we were out there. Not expecting a single thing, but they came by the next day with a bottle of champagne! 🍾 sweetest thing! We had the best time! They are extremely responsive, and a pleasure to talk to. It was nice to meet them in person. We will definitely be back!

The perfect family home and probably our favorite rental in Florida! The home was beautiful, spacious, and well thought out. We definitely appreciated the extra toothbrushes and first aid kit when it was needed. The beds were comfortable and the families with kids appreciated having 2 rooms with 2 beds each to share. We enjoyed the backyard pool and tiki bar area which was perfect for a cookout. It was nice having 2 separate gathering areas for the adults to watch sports and the kids to watch a movie, but getting the whole family together was such a treat! We took advantage of the some of the family friendly parks nearby. We definitely recommend this home for a big family get together and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!

This home was amazing in every way. It had all the amenities and supplies plus that you could ever want in a vacation home. Usually I have to go out and buy tons of supplies, but there were plenty of things provided, the home was super clean and we loved the pool! Going back soon!
